Project Coordinator
Compensation
$22-$30/hr, based on experience
Description
Join a 25+ year, locally owned commercial contractor that builds from civil work through roofing and services HVAC, plumbing, electrical and refrigeration. As a Project Coordinator you will:
Track submittals, RFIs, change orders and permits on commercial projects
Build and update project schedules and coordinate crews, subcontractors and inspections
Prepare purchase orders, track material deliveries and log job costs
Keep plans, project files and closeout documents organized in SharePoint and Teams
Support bids and estimates with takeoffs, vendor quotes and bid packages
Be a clear point of contact for clients, vendors and our field teams

Work Conditions
Based in our Dickinson, TX office with regular visits to job sites across the Houston and Galveston Bay Area. Full-time, Monday through Friday.
Certification & Licenses:
None required. OSHA 10, CAPM or construction management coursework a plus.
Requirements
2+ years as a project coordinator, project assistant or estimator in construction or a skilled trade
Strong with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint); Procore or similar software a plus
Able to read basic construction plans and specs
Organized, detail-oriented and great at follow-up
Valid Texas driver's license
Pass a background check and drug screen
