Construction Project Manager
Compensation
$80K-$140K/yr, based on experience
Description
Join a 25+ year, locally owned contractor that builds ground-up commercial projects from civil work through roofing, plus industrial construction and facility maintenance. As a Construction Project Manager you will:
Own project budgets, schedules, buyout and cost reports
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, RFIs, submittals and change orders
Be the main point of contact for owners, architects and inspectors
Lead foremen and field crews and hold weekly progress meetings
Enforce our safety program on every job

Work Conditions
Split between our Dickinson, TX office and job sites across the Houston and Galveston Bay Area. Full-time, Monday through Friday.
Certification & Licenses:
OSHA 30 preferred. PMP, TWIC card or LEED a plus.
Requirements
5+ years managing commercial or industrial construction projects
Strong budgeting, scheduling and contract management skills
Experience with project management software (Procore or similar) and Microsoft 365
Able to read plans and specs across all trades
Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
Construction management degree preferred, or equivalent field experience
